It's in Spanish, but Orlando Furioso (Madness of Roland, I believe) has a lot of nice illustrations like the above. Really good stuff.
And then a book on the Templars, which is in English, but only has a few decent illustrations

Gutenberg—Orlando Furioso and Sketch of the History of the Knights Templar
It's in Spanish, but Orlando Furioso (Madness of Roland, I believe) has a lot of nice illustrations like the above. Really good stuff.
